- The price Vehicle & Equipment Display Areas is for hardstand space Please note that some areas may vary in size and shape, and height restrictions apply to some sites. Bus, Chassis & Equipment Display exhibitors are required to provide carpet or suitable flooring.
- Vehicle & Equipment Display Area prices do not include any built displays
- Any Vehicle s & Equipment Display exhibitors wishing to include built displays need to make special arrangements with the BusNSW Expo Coordinator.
- Vehicle & Equipment Display Areas do not include power or specific lighting as standard. Exhibitors wishing to have power or specific lighting need to make special arrangements with Sydney Showground.
Please note furniture is not included in the exhibition fee below. This may be arranged via Harry the Hirer, the OFFICIAL Australasia Bus & Coach Expo 2026 supplier.
