Discounted parking is available for exhibitors who pre-order car parking direct through Sydney Showground Venue Services.

Please take note of the following important information:
- Parking orders must be submitted by Sunday 5 July 2026. Late orders cannot be accepted.
- Car park allocations are managed by Sydney Olympic Park Authority (SOPA) and cannot be selected by exhibitors. Please be prepared to walk the distances listed below.
- Once your order has been successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Parking passes are physical tickets and must be collected from the Venue Services Desk during bump-in.
- In the week leading up to your event, you will receive an email from Venue Services confirming your allocated car park, collection instructions, and further event details.
*Your parking will be allocated in one of the car park’s above, if you prefer to choose your parking location, you will need to purchase a full price pass via the Sydney Olympic Park Authority website. Please ensure you feel comfortable walking these distances before purchasing.
