Each exhibitor is entitled to:
- Two standard lifts at bump in and during bump out (maximum 1,000kg per lift) free of charge, for unloading and positioning freight.
All forklift services must be pre-booked via: Gel Event Logistics Online Form – Australian Bus & Coach Expo – Sydney 2026
Exhibitors requiring exclusive or extended forklift use (beyond two standard lifts) must arrange and pay for services directly with Gel Logistics via the same booking link.
A Gel Event Logistics site manager will coordinate all forklift operations, including operators and spotters.
